There will be a fee for Mortgage Advice. An Arrangement Fee, typically £250, is payable to us at the time of application. The actual figure may be higher than this and will depend on your circumstances. We will agree our fee in writing, which may be up to 1% of the loan amount, other payment options are available. Please refer to the 'Keyfacts about our services' document (available in the 'Legal Information' section under 'About us') for more specific information.
