Our mortgage advisers are fully independent, not tied to any lender and through the use of specialist software, are able to source products from across the whole of the market. They can advise on the most suitable type of loan to take and then source products from both high street and central lenders to help ensure that a most suitable mortgage is available to suit individual circumstances.
Mortgage advice is usually paid for by a combination of commissions received from lenders and fees charged. An Arrangement Fee, typically £250, is payable to us at the time of application. The actual figure may be higher than this and will depend on your circumstances. We will agree our fee in writing, which may be up to 1%of the loan amount, other payment options are available. Please refer to the 'Keyfacts about our services' document (available in the 'Legal Information' section, under 'About us') for more specific information.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
